Degree Oral Defense Application Procedure
Confirm Degree Examination Details
Confirm with your thesis advisor the date, time, and venue of the degree oral defense, as well as the list of committee members (at least one external member).
Fill Out the Degree Examination Application Form
Log in to iNCCU → Web Portal → Academic Information System → Student Information System → Academic Services → Degree Examination Application System.
Obtain your thesis advisor’s signature on the application form.
Print Thesis Oral Defense Copies
Prepare four copies: one for each of the three committee members and one for submission to the Master’s Program Office.
Submit the Application
Submit the application form and one copy of the thesis to the program assistant at least two weeks before the oral defense.
Mail Invitation Letters and Thesis Copies
At least two weeks before the oral defense, mail the committee invitation letters and thesis copies to all committee members.
